Returns Policy


Because all of our items are customized with your personal name or phrase, we do not have a return or exchange policy. Please be sure of the sizes, colors, and names before you place you order. All sales are final. No exceptions unless the item arrives damaged or we have made a production error. If you are unsure of a size or have a question be sure to either e-mail or call our customer service department BEFORE placing your order. We are here to help and assist you with sizing or color decisions 9am-4:30pm est Monday-Friday at 1-317-843-2538 or customerservice@customglamgirl.com.

To prevent mistakes from happening we will e-mail you a copy of your order after check-out. Be sure to review this to verify that everything you have entered/selected is correct. You still have 3 hours after placing your order to make any changes or cancel your order. If you notify us of a change or cancellation beyond 3 hours after placing your order we cannot guarantee that changes/cancellations can be made.

We will not replace your products if you ordered the wrong size or are unhappy with the color combinations you have selected. However, one of our friendly customer service staff can offer you a significant REORDER DISCOUNT to make purchasing a replacement much more affordable. This reorder must be placed over the telephone.
