Our delivery time is currently 10 business days for production plus shipping time from when you placed your order (unless you selected a RUSH SHIPPING OPTION). Personalized Jewelry items may take up to 3 weeks for delivery.

If you are inquiring about the status of an existing order, please include your full name, order number, complete e-mail address and telephone number so that we can promptly and accurately address your questions.

**Changes to orders must be made within 3 hours of placing your order. You can make a change to your order within 3 hours by either e-mailing us or calling us. If we are notified after this 3 hour window we cannot guarantee that your change can be made. So please verify that your order is just as you want it before you confirm your order.

RETURNS

Because all of our items are customized with your personal name or phrase, we do not have a return or exchange policy. Please be sure of the sizes, colors, and names before you place you order. All sales are final. No exceptions unless the item arrives damaged or we have made a production error. If you are unsure of a size or have a question be sure to either e-mail or call our customer service department BEFORE placing your order. We are here to help and assist you with sizing or color decisions 9am-5pm est Monday-Friday at 1-800-796-8731 or customerservice@customglamgirl.com.

To prevent mistakes from happening we will e-mail you a copy of your order after check-out. Be sure to review this to verify that everything you have entered/selected is correct. You still have 3 hours after placing your order to make any changes or cancel your order. If you notify us of a change or cancellation beyond 3 hours after placing your order we cannot guarantee that changes/cancellations can be made.

We will not replace your products if you ordered the wrong size or are unhappy with the color combinations you have selected. However, one of our friendly customer service staff can offer you a significant REORDER DISCOUNT to make purchasing a replacement much more affordable. This reorder must be placed over the telephone.
